TL;DR

• Samsung has started rolling out One UI 9 to the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 in more regions.
• The update carries firmware versions F946BXXU7HZIJ and F731BXXU7HZIJ for the Fold 5 and Flip 5, respectively.
• These are the last Samsung foldables eligible for the Android 17 skin.

The Galaxy A36 5G isn’t the only Samsung phone getting some One UI 9 love this week. The stable version of the Android 17 skin is also here for two of Samsung’s older foldable phones. It’s finally the Galaxy Z Fold 5’s and Galaxy Z Flip 5’s turn to upgrade.

The rollout of stable One UI 9 for the Fold 5 and Flip 5 really began last week, but that was only for the Korean market. However, that rollout has now gone global, as the update is now available in the EU. It shouldn’t take much longer for it to also hit users in the US and other regions.
