Chucky Doll Arrested In Mexico for Being Used to Terrorize People

Chucky just couldn't wait for the Halloween celebrations to begin before setting out and terrorizing the streets of Mexico. Although the horror icon himself was not technically the culprit, a man was arrested for robbing people using the doll from the Child's Play franchise - and it seems the doll was arrested by the authorities too.
