The Nun II's Bonnie Aarons Is 'Really Chilling' on Set as Valak, According to the Horror Film's Director

The Nun II's Valak is modern-day horror iconography personified — well, demonized, at least. There are those killer characters populating the scary movie genre who are instantly recognizable: Jason Voorhees (Friday the 13th), Michael Myers (Halloween) and Leatherface (The Texas Chain Saw Massacre), among others. And then there are those whose personalities are almost entirely informed, through their make-up, by the genius of the actor: Freddy Krueger (Robert England) and Pinhead (Doug Bradley). Today, though, there’s Bonnie Aarons' Valak. And the actress is absolutely “chilling” on set, according to director Michael Chaves. Chaves said in an interview with People:
