Spider-Man: No Way Home Registers Second-Best Opening of All Time

Spider-Man: No Way Home has registered the second-highest opening day box-office gross of all time. The film webbed $121M on its opening day, placing it just behind Avengers: Endgame but still surpassing Star Wars - Episode VII: The Force Awakens. No Way Home was already a fan-favorite before release, given that it brought back an ensemble of the cast from past Spider-Man films, going full-circle with Spidey’s lore in films. No Way Home earlier broke the pre-sales record when tickets went out. And those numbers did turn the audience to theaters experience this MCU event on big-screen.
